More than consulting

For me consulting is more than giving advices.  Of course I can provide requested information and recommendations, but I consider that I give more value when I provide solution to a given problem or I assist implementation of new policies, procedures and systems.

I help you narrow down your needs and quickly develop systems and tools to implement new policies and procedures.

I also estimate operating budgets and build the capacities of your teams through training and coaching.

I can also work with your direct suppliers and the other tiers in your supply chains to gain increased visibility and insights.

The solutions I develop for you are based on:

• insights on key raw materials
• responsible sourcing criteria
• a reasonable due diligence framework for raw materials, sourcing areas and suppliers that will be used to assess compliance levels

This approach, which is based on risks and verifiable data, makes it possible to:

• Assess the risks associated with raw materials and sourcing areas
• Evaluate supplier performance against responsible sourcing criteria
• Define corrective action plans to fill the gaps
• Monitor progress against goals and action plans
• Produce reports

Along with this work, I could review and adapt your sourcing strategy and identify the best suppliers and less risky sourcing areas.

I could also assist your communications team in developing a disclosure and transparency strategy to support your corporate commitments and communicate your progress externally.

The cost will depend on the number of working days and the cost of travel when required.

I charge a daily rate covering all costs. It will not be necessary to pay social charges or other fringe benefits.

Once the mandate is completed, we can agree on additional support, a few days per month, or as needed, to support your teams.
