My main expertise is in the management of raw materials supply chains. I can support your organization at a strategic, tactical and operational level. Whether it's developing codes of conduct for your suppliers, deciding if a product should be certified and how, increasing supply chain visibility or designing a capacity building program for smallholder producers, I am there to help.

I am pleased to serve as a director on boards of directors, as executive or non-executive member and advisor. I have held, and continue to hold, various roles on several boards where I share my experience in company administration.

It is always a privileged experience to be able to advise and support a business owner and to share with him or her my own experience with the aim of avoiding the pitfalls and seizing the good opportunities.

I am regularly sought as a speaker in various forums around the world. I can tackle cutting-edge subjects such as cocoa or palm oil traceability as well as more global issues such as certification, responsible investment, and corporate social responsibility.
