Mentoring

I have started mentoring new entrepreneurs in 2019 when the Cartier Women's Initiative invited me to mentor one laureate. I found this first experience extremely rich and accepted to support other laureates.

I joined the Concordia University's program MentorConnect in 2021 to support more entrepreneurs.  

I also accept to mentor entrepreneurs on an individual basis when there is a good connection and I fell that I can bring and learn something.

My role is to get the entrepreneurs to see beyond the tree that hides the forest, be it at the organizational, financial, commercial, operational and leadership level. I provide unbiased, conflict-free, and confidential advice.
